Order Cancellation

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund within 30 days, using the same payment method used for your order. No additional fees will be charged.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

• The goods are unused and in original packaging

We cannot accept returns for:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Items that are perishable or have expired

• Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

• Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods

Please use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot refund items lost or damaged during return transit.
